This outpost has been upgraded for your comfort, featuring a brand-new outdoor shower house with a flushing toilet and new flooring and windows throughout the cabin. It’s the perfect blend of rustic adventure and modern convenience.
In between casts, keep your eyes open for wildlife along the shore, or take time to explore the area’s beautiful natural beaches. Our team in Kenora will provide tips and advice before your trip so you arrive ready for success. Once you’re at Snowshoe, you’re free to fish, explore, and soak in the wilderness at your own pace.

Tips
- Pack lightweight items – there is a 100 lb per person limit for the flight
- Bring extra medications as flying is weather-dependent
- Live minnows must be purchased in Ontario
- Snowshoe Lake is within the boundaries of NWO Trophy Waters. You can keep fish to eat while visiting, but no fish can be taken home.
